On June 5, 2025, the 2025 China Yiwu Stationery & Gifts Exhibition successfully concluded at the Yiwu International Expo Center. The exhibition covered an area of 75,000 square meters, with 3,500 international standard booths. A total of 850 renowned domestic and international companies, including Snowhite, Dianshi, True Color, Marie’s, LPS, Kuangshen, AODEMEI, and KUKI, Kabao, participated in the event.

The exhibition attracted 102,000 buyers from home and abroad, and the turnover reached 767 million RMB, down 17% year-on-year, but the segmentation showed structural highlights, and the turnover of design-driven products (e.g. IP co-branded models, smart stationery) grew significantly. Although the current market environment remains weak, the exhibition floor was still crowded with buyers placing orders with great enthusiasm, demonstrating strong market demand and industry vitality. In addition, the show continued to set up a number of special sections, such as the Cultural and Creative Excellence Pavilion (Hall C2), the Tide Play Zone and the Bags and Luggage Zone, providing buyers with more diversified choices and experiences.

During the exhibition, the organizing committee launched the “Koi Lucky Draw - Million Cash on-site Draw Plan” with a breakthrough thinking, 150 million yuan super koi and 500 lucky koi of 1,000 yuan were born on the spot under the supervision of a notary public, and purchasers came one after another, which made this business event overflowing with fun and interactive joy and realized the two-way empowerment of business and human connections.

In addition, the inaugural meeting of the Professional Committee of China Writing Instrument Association for Drawing Pens and the first seminar on high-quality development of the industry, the million red packet wall - order that enjoys the privileges, the Rednote planting gifts, the joint meeting of the presidents of trade associations, the docking meeting of college design works and talents, and the exhibition news live broadcasting room have enriched the content of the exhibition. It also provides more communication and cooperation opportunities for exhibitors and buyers.
